If you are unsure what school your child should be attending, please use the Lord Selkirk School Division (LSSD) School Directory and Map. Simply enter your address and eligible schools will be listed on the drop down titled "search by school name"

To register for the 2024-2025 school year, children must be 5 years old on or before December 31, 2024.

To avoid delays in processing, please complete registration in full and sign in the appropriate areas. If you do not have access to a printer, please come to the school to obtain forms.
Proof of Age - Birth certificates can be obtained from: Vital Statistics Agency 254 Portage Avenue Winnipeg, MB R3C 0B6 Toll Free: 1-866-949-9296 or in Winnipeg: 204-945-3701. Certificates can also be ordered online with credit card: https://cambafsclient.gov.mb.ca/cambAFSClient/entry.m
Proof of Residency - accepted documents include: drivers licence, utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage document. Manitoba Health cards WILL NOT be accepted as proof of residency.
Transportation Requests: Busing is provided to all eligible students in the Lord Selkirk School Division (typically outside a radius of 1.6 Kms of the school). If busing is required, please complete the bus transportation form. If a bus is not required, please indicate so on the registration form.
Medical Questionnaire: if a medical concern is identified on the registration form, please complete the medical questionnaire.
School of Choice forms: should be completed ONLY if living outside of the school catchment.
Child in Care forms: should be completed ONLY if child is in the care of CFS.
