Ruth Hooker School Supplies Lists 2024 - 2025

Lord Selkirk School Division (LSSD) owns 51 acres of forested land, located approximately 2 km south of Victoria Beach and almost adjacent to Albert Beach.

LSEC Adult Program is fundraising to raise money for their annual graduation expenses along with supporting future learner bursaries. There will be a Bud, Spud and Steak supper on Weds., October 16, 2024. The evening will include a 50/50 draw and silent auction at the Royal Canadian Legion. Supper tickets are $30 and 50/50 tickets are $10. (cash only) Please consider supporting LSEC by purchasing a ticket. Tickets are available at LSEC, 303 Main Street, Selkirk MB.

A heartfelt thank you to Constable Paul Human and the Selkirk Manitoba RCMP for their incredible generosity! Your donation of a freezer is a huge boost for our new LSSD Nutrition Program, which serves nutritious lunches to nearly 400 students, three days a week.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Grand Chief Cathy Merrick. In her honour, all flags at LSSD schools will be flown at half mast. Our thoughts are with her family, friends and the communities she served.
